We look after the entire process, from the collection of the olives at their optimum moment to the storage of oil in deposits at our facilities where we extract our olive oil extra virgin low temperatures between 20 ° and 28 °, with this cold extraction process a smaller amount of oil is achieved, but with a supreme quality that sets us apart from the rest.
