This product is 100% natural and combines the intense flavour of the raw ewe’s milk with that of the extra virgin olive oil (Arbequina variety). We also add these cheeses to extra virgin olive oil with white truffle or black truffle. It is great as a starter or appetizer, perfect as a centrepiece for your table.
